Kate Gosselin’s Extensions: $7,000 of hair removed

Reality TV star Kate Gosselin, who starred in the former TLC reality show “Jon and Kate Plus 8,” made headlines back in January, when she revealed a whole new look that included sexy blonde hair extensions.
But now it appears that she is sporting a whole new look again – only this time it’s a stick-straight shoulder-length hairdo instead. Gosselin was reportedly photographed leaving the NYC hair salon of Ted Gibson on February 5th.
According to examiner.com, the 34-year old reality TV star hated her hair extensions, which actually cost $7,000 and took nearly 20 hours to put in. Kate apparently went to see Gibson, to get four inches trimmed off her hair.
An anonymous source recently said that Kate hated her high maintenance extensions, and thinks her hair looks overprocessed and damaged. In a video posted online, Kate looks in the mirror and says “Oh Lord, have mercy. It’s weird.”

She looked cute with long hair, although I don’t think the extensions blended well with her real hair. Maybe she can try growing out her real hair. She’d probably end up throwing it in a ponytail though, with all those kids to watch.
The hair makes her look like a straggly, homeless, Barbie wannabe.
