The Rock Plans WWE Return

While speaking on a radio interview with Boston’s Mix 104, Dwyane “The Rock” Johnson gave WWE and Rock fans more information regarding his impending WWE return which is scheduled to take place this summer.

The Rock was asked if he was planning on returning to the squared circle to wrestle in a match, but the Rock was quick to refute the remark, as he said his return would be very different from Hulk Hogan and Ric Flair’s, as “those guys are coming back to actually wrestle.”

The Rock continues to say that “I don’t want to wrestle; I have no intention of wrestling a match.” So what will The Rock be coming back for? It is rumored that the Rock will serve as a semi-permanent WWE Raw guest host for the entirety of the summer.

The Rock then stated that “hosting a show like that would give me the opportunity to get on the microphone, rip open the writing, and invite guests on to come host with me. We wanted to create something cool and big and fun for the audience.”
