As we mentioned in an earlier post today, there appears to have been a bit of controversy recently, over a certain photograph of American snowboarder Scotty Lago, who won a bronze medal in the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics recently.
The actual photograph, which first surfaced on TMZ, is of Scotty Lago receiving an unusual form of congratulations, from a female fan. While some people may think the picture is innocent, others may find it a bit inappropriate.

And that is exactly what the Olympic Committee thought, when they told him he had to leave. Despite the fact that they described Scotty as a “great athlete,” they still said that there needs to also be a responsibility for proper conduct.
According to a recent report at tmz.com, Scotty has in fact given an apology for his behaviour, which the Olympic Committee said was not acceptable. If you have seen the pictures in question, tell us what you think of him being sent home.
Is it just a harmless picture, or has he made a bad mistake?
