Justin Timberlake: Music and Fashion Correlation

Singer/actor and now fashion designer Justin Timberlake, whose hits include “Cry Me a River,” “My Love” and “SexyBack,” was seen attending New York Fashion week recently, where he launched his latest collection for fashion house William Rast.

According to chinadaily.com.cn, Justin is a huge fan of the style of Rolling Stones’ legend Mick Jagger, and based a lot of his new designs on him. When speaking to MTV, Justin said that there is a blatant correlation between music and fashion.

Timberlake’s 2010 Autumn-Winter collection won huge praise for the singer when it was shown, with one magazine saying that he had actually “classed up the operation,” and that his show was “1000 per cent more sophisticated” than the last.

Among those who watched the show, was US Vogue editor Anna Wintour, Emile Hirsch, Gerard Butler, and according to a report at ecanadanow.com, Timberlake’s mom, who apparently told a reporter that Justin and Jessica Biel are very much together.

Justin and Jessica are forever rumored to be either splitting up or getting married. But they appeared to be together during New York Fashion Week, giving photographers and spectators something to see with a very public display of affection.
