England Vs Egypt: Did John Terry deserve to get booed?

Following on from our match report from tonight’s International friendly between England and Egypt at Wembley, we have created a poll, asking your opinion on the reception received for former captain John Terry.

John Terry has been under intense media spotlight recently, following the public revelation that he had an affair with his former teammate, Wayne Bridge’s now ex girlfriend.

England Vs Egypt: Did John Terry deserve to get booed?

As for the game itself, Terry was greeted with a rather loud chorus of boos upon his first touch, then continued to receive a frosty reception whenever he had the ball.

Do you think this is justified or not? Some people obviously feel that his actions off the field were unacceptable, while others may feel that we should just forget it and look forward to the World Cup in June.

Vote in our poll below and let us know your thoughts on this.

Those of you that voted yes clearly do not appreciate the difference between work and play. How many have had a fling on the side and still voted yes? The guy is a human being and we should all keep our nosed out of his private affairs. So what if he is/was England captain? His defending skills and dedication to the gme are example enough to all young and old players. Just let it rest please!!!

    A true blue
