Spiderman 4: Your New Spiderman Is…

Logan Lerman, the star who plays Percy Jackson in ‘The Lightning Thief’ is strongly rumored to have been cast in the reboot of one of Sony’s biggest films as the new Spiderman.
According to inside sources, the plot will be centered around a high school in the New York city of Queen, but there still is no word on who will play Spiderman’s or Peter Parker’s love interest.
Marc Webb, the director behind the reboot is also thought to be planning ahead for another Spiderman trilogy, and has also asked Avatar director James Cameron to use his camera and technique to film the new adventure in 3D.
More details are set to follow on whether or not this is legitimate or not. We will keep you updated.

The new rumor is that Spiderman in the reboot will be played by David Henrie (from the Wizards of Waverly Place)…
so this will be like x-men origins? but this time it's spider-man origins? or something like it? they should just keep it going…it would ruin the series if they go back before it all started.not common sense……
everyone is being rumored to play spidey though the most persistent ones in the last month are lerman and now david henrie. I think lerman better fit and has more big screen experience. David henrie is too disney and just a bit too goofy for parker. sony should just end all the fans collective anxiety and announce it's choice
I think Lerman would make a good Peter Parker. He is a talented actor for his age with lots of range. He did great in 3:10 to Yuma (which many people overlook when talking about him). Personally I am kind of glad they are going back to the roots because they never really did the Spider-Man story in high school.
Sure in first film Peter got his powers while in high school but he only became spider-man after his graduation. Meaning he was only Spidey in college. We never got to see the high school story that I feel is a big part of the Spider-Man lore.
So the way I see it, this is not so much a reboot as a telling of an untold story.
Pleaase god let this be true! Look at him, he was BORN for this role!
if they're really gonna reboot the spidey films and have a new spidey then i call for a BOYCOTT!!!
they should just continue with tobey and make one last awesome spidey film. sam raimi could do it. i know he can.
