American actress and model Lindsay Lohan, is said to be in the process of suing E-Trade for $100 million, claiming that a “milkaholic” baby by the name of Lindsay that they cast in a television advertisement, was modelled on her.
The 23-year old “Mean Girls” and “Labor Pains” star – who has been convicted for cocaine possession and drink driving in her past – has alleged that E-Trade actually breached her rights by casting a character who shares her first name.

According to a recent report at telegraph.co.uk, the humorous E-Trade advertisement – which was first broadcast during last month’s Super Bowl XLIV game – features a spoof video chat between a baby boy and baby girl couple.
At one stage in the commercial, the baby girl demands to know whether or not her boyfriend has been spending time with “milkaholic Lindsay.” A second girl then leans in front of the camera, and slurs the words “milk-a-what?”
Lohan’s legal team is claiming that the name Lindsay is sending out a subliminal message to viewers, that the “milkaholic” character is based on Lohan, who is now demanding $100 million in damages, and for the ad to be withdrawn.
