It looks like “Rehab” singer Amy Winehouse has managed to worry her family and friends yet again. But according to a report at showbizspy.com, it’s not because of drink or drugs this time, but her recent interest in Scientology.
The troubled singer is apparently quite keen to find out about the controversial religion, after rekindling her romance with her ex-husband Blake Fielder-Civil, who is involved with the church – which Tom Cruise and John Travolta is also involved with.
A source recently spoke to Britain’s Daily Star newspaper, and said “As soon as Amy heard Blake was into Scientology, she wanted to find out more. She idolizes the way he thinks about life.” “Anything Blake says, Amy believes,” the source said.
The source then went on to claim that Amy’s dad Mitch is going to go mad when he finds out, because their family is Jewish and he’s really proud of their heritage. Although the source did say, that Mitch might think it’s just another flash in the pan.
