16 and Pregnant Season 2: Episode 4 ‘Chelsea’ Recap

Have you been watching season 2 of MTV’s reality TV series “16 and Pregnant” by any chance? If you have, then the chances are you watched episode 4 last night which was all about a girl called Chelsea Houska, from Vermillion, South Dakota.

What we learned in the first half of the episode was that Adam is Chelsea’s boyfriend, and the father of her child. However, Chelsea’s dad doesn’t like Adam because he feels he is disrespectful, unreliable, and speaks condescendingly to his daughter.

After a little chat with Adam, Chelsea’s dad changed his mind and was convinced that he would be more reliable after the baby is born. But how wrong could he have been? The couple’s baby daughter Aubree, was born prematurely.

At first, Adam seemed okay. He even asked if the baby could be given his last name. But unfortunately, it soon became obvious that his nice approach was short-lived. The morning after Chelsea was released from hospital, she just wanted to see her daughter.

But all that was on Adam’s mind was sleep. At one stage of the episode, Chelsea mentioned that Adam had not seen their daughter in three weeks. And when she confronted him about not seeing his baby, Adam just told her to stop being annoying.

Determined to try and move on, Chelsea went to her high school’s Homecoming football game. But she ended up going home early, because she missed Aubree too much. After Adam learned that Chelsea had gone out, he text her some really hateful messages.

Chelsea then called her father in tears, and asked him to come home. Shortly after though, she decided that it was definitely time to move on. Viewers then saw her go to a law office, so she could get Aubree’s last name changed. Did you watch this episode?
