Rapper DMX behind bars again

How many more chances does hip-hop artist DMX want? The troubled rapper has again been arrested in Phoenix, for not complying with the court-ordered rules he’s supposed to be living by. The singer also told his probation officer that he was using cocaine.

In all DMX whose real name is Earl Simmons was put back in jail on 5 counts of probation violation. This means that in just 3 years the rapper has had almost a dozen arrests. Simmons served 90 days behind bars last year for animal cruelty, theft and drug possession charges.

It was believed that DMX, was trying to get his life back together as he was going to Florida to cut a new album. According to his lawyer Gary Jenkins who said “He’s been battling addiction for some time and he’s in need of treatment.” The attorney went on to say that they are hoping that Dr. Drew may even help out. Dr. Drew Pinsky, is a radio and television personality who specializes in addiction medicine
