Did any of you watch NASCAR’s Sprint Cup Series race that took place in Atlanta last Sunday? Well if you did, then you would have seen the incident in which Carl Edwards spun Brad Keselowski’s car, leading him to become airborne and the car to flip upside-down.
According to a report at foxnews.com, Carl Edwards – who has admitted retaliatory strike against Brad Keselowski – has now been given probation for the next three Sprint Cup series races, for the transgression that initially got him parked for the remainder of the race.

If you’re now wondering what his probation means, I can tell you. It basically means that Edwards has got to make sure that he doesn’t draw any negative attention on the track over the next three weeks, or he might just get a slap on the wrist. In other words, it means nothing.
NASCAR’s decision on punishment has possibly angered fans who were already angered from the incident itself. Keselowski’s car spun round when Edwards hit him, became airborne and then crashed into the fencing in front of the well-populated grandstand.
However, reports say that Keselowski was not injured in the crash, and thankfully, there were no injuries to the people in the stands either. Edwards openly admitted to going after Keselowski, but said he had no intentions of sending him flying or causing any injuries.
