IPL 3 2010 Cricket: Time Table and Match Schedule

It must be an exciting day for cricket fans today, as it’s the opening day of the 2010 Indian Premier League season, which is also known as IPL 3. The season starts from March 12th, 2010, and continues until it ends on the 25th April.

According to a report at newsgone.com, the first match – which is being held today at 8pm – is between the defending champion Deccan Chargers, and the Kolkata Knight Riders. Live streaming of all the IPL 3 matches can be found at youtube.com/ipl.

There have been four new venues added to the list this season: Nagpur, Vishakapatnam, Dharamsala and Ahmedabad. The 2010 season has not seen any new teams added, but new players will apparently be available for auction for the IPL 3.

The teams playing in the 2010 IPL are Deccan Chargers (DC), Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB), Chennai Super Kings (CSK), Mumbai Indians (MI), Rajasthan Royals (RR), Delhi Daredevils (DD) and Kings XI Punjab (KXIP).
