Ryan and Tatum O’Neal Finally Reconcile

Actor Ryan O’Neal and his actress daughter Tatum O’Neal have been estranged for many years. But following the death of “Charlie’s Angels” star Farrah Fawcett in June last year, it appears that the two have finally decided to reconcile.

Father and daughter both sat down for an interview with Access Hollywood on Thursday and as you can imagine, their reconciliation was one of the subjects that was spoken about. They also spoke about Farrah’s recent Oscar snub.

When asked about seeing his daughter again, Ryan O’Neal described it as “scary.” Tatum agreed with her father on the scary part, but said that it feels beautiful. Ryan then went on to say that being back in Tatum’s life was “wonderful.”

Tatum said that she and her father had been estranged for nearly ten years. They then spoke about Farrah being left out of the recent Oscar “In Memoriam” tribute. Ryan said that he felt sad, and said that it was yet another insult.

One other subject that came up was Ryan and Farrah’s son Redmond O’Neal, who has been in and out of rehab and jail. Ryan said that he had spoken to him recently and he sounded wonderful, while Tatum said that he’s getting better.
