Tiger Woods Back in two weeks or at The Masters

There were quite a few reports that surfaced online yesterday, suggesting when golfing legend Tiger Woods would be returning to the sport he is famous for. Some said that it was in two weeks, while others said his return would be at next month’s Masters.

So at the end of the day, we are still uncertain when the world’s number one golfer is returning. And according to a recent report at rte.ie, it was only about three weeks ago that Tiger himself said that he may not return to the competition, following his sex scandal.

Just when all the signs were pointing towards Tiger returning for the Arnold Palmer Invitational in Orlando from March 25th to 28th – and possibly the unofficial Tavistock Cup that same week – along came the reports that the Masters on April 8th-11th was a possible.

If Woods just wants to ease himself back into the sport, then a return at the Masters – where there is a more controlled environment, limited media numbers and far less chance of fan rowdiness – might make a bit more sense than any of the other competitions.
