Jennifer Love Hewitt and Jamie Kennedy Break Up

Actress Jennifer Love Hewitt – star of “The Ghost Whisperer” – and Jamie Kennedy have only been dating each other for about a year. But according to people.com, a rep has now confirmed that the couple has broken up and going their separate ways.

Despite the fact that many people had previously described them as an unlikely couple, Kennedy and Hewitt quite often gushed over each other. Kennedy first confirmed their romance in March 2009, when he told Ryan Seacrest he was in love.

When describing his “The Ghost Whisperer” co-star, Jamie said “It’s like, ‘Wow, you are hot. You can sing, you can dance, you’re like, so smart and, wow, you can cook pasta fagioli too.’” And Hewitt described Jamie as more than just a funnyman.

When speaking to talk show host Ellen DeGeneres during an interview last year, Hewitt praised Kennedy, saying that she thought that Jamie really saw her for who she really is as a person. She then admitted that it was then that she felt “wow.”
