Celebrity Apprentice 2010: Cast and Premiere Recap

It was the season 3 premiere of “The Celebrity Apprentice” last night and of course, the episode in which we got introduced to the 14 celebrities, who think they have what it takes to become the winner. Did you watch last night’s episode?

Don’t worry if you didn’t watch it, because I can give you a quick recap now on the cast of 2010. So let’s start with the guys, which include Bill Goldberg, Curtis Stone, Bret Michaels, Darryl Strawberry, Michael Johnson, Rod Blagojevich and Sinbad.

And according to gather.com, the girls’ team includes singer Cyndi Lauper, Holly Robinson Peete, Selita Eubanks, Carol Leifer, Sharon Osbourne, Summer Sanders and former WWE Diva Maria Kanellis. Now onto the premiere recap.

Donald Trump started off by greeting the teams, and telling them about the challenges that they face within this season. The teams then had to split up and choose a project manager for the opposing team, ready for their first challenge.

According to diva-dirt.com, the guys called themselves Team Rocksolid, while the girls are called Team Tenacity. The men’s team chose Cyndi Lauper as the women’s project manager, while the women’s team chose Bret Michaels for the guys.

Their challenge was to run a restaurant, including serving and cooking the food. Joan Rivers was called in half way through to check out both restaurants and give her feedback. And she had nothing but negative comments about Team Rocksolid.

In the boardroom however, it was Team Rocksolid that was declared the winner, after raising more money. This meant that Team Tenacity was up for elimination and one of the women would be fired. And it ended up to be Carol getting fired.
