Shortly after the death of former teen star Corey Haim last week, his best friend and “The Lost Boys” co-star Corey Feldman appeared on “Larry King Live,” where he delivered an emotional speech regarding Haim not receiving the support that was needed.
According to an article at nbcwashington.com, Feldman said he is angry, hurt and sad over Haim’s death. He then went on to say that while he appreciates everyone’s expression of sorrow, where were all those people for the last 10-15 years of Haim’s life.

Feldman – who shot to fame with Haim in a string of 1980’s classic films such as “The Lost Boys” and “License to Drive” – claims that his best friend – as he describes him – never got the support that he needed when his life unfortunately took a turn for the worse.
While both actors struggled with drug abuse, Feldman said that Haim found it harder to kick that habit than him. “He didn’t even have a car,” Feldman said. Despite all his troubles, Feldman said Haim was seeking treatment, ready for a career comeback.
