Rip the Runway 2010: Pooch Hall and Nicki Minaj Co-Host

If you were watching BET last night, you may have seen the 2010 “Rip the Runway” event, which is a mix of music and fashion. Hip-hop’s leading lady Nicki Minaj, and “The Game” actor Pooch Hall were the two co-hosts of last night’s event.

Nicki definitely proved she could handle the spotlight, delivering her trademark sass in both jokes and rhyme. During the first few opening minutes, Nicki teased Pooch by telling him he hadn’t complimented her on her shoes yet.

Not only did Minaj co-host the evening, but she also doubled as a performer during the night, joining Ludacris onstage for his hit song “My Chick Bad.” New designers’ spring and summer lines were showcased throughout the entire show.

Bobby Ray was there to perform his new single “Nothin’ on You,” while the Tenille White Chicago line was being presented. And there were also performances by Trina, Roscoe Dash and Soulja Boy, Janelle Monae, and Estelle.
