The first round of the 2010 NCAA College Basketball Tournament is all over and done with now, and some may say that it featured some of the most exciting games in recent history. So let’s just hope that round 2, which starts today, doesn’t disappoint.
Round 2 takes place over two days – Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st March – and there is an overall total of 16 games played in round 2. So we thought we would bring you a quick rundown of the games that are being played today (Saturday).

According to gather.com, the first of today’s games is between St. Marys, and Villanova, who narrowly escaped defeat by Robert Morris in the first round. That game was starting at 1:05 pm. The next game is between Butler and Murray State.
These two teams are very similar, so it should be an interesting game. Then we have the game between Ohio and Tennessee at 3:35 pm, followed by a game at 5:40 pm which sees Northern Iowa, pitted up against number 1-seed Kansas.
And the last few games being played today are Old Dominion vs. Baylor at 5:45pm, Washington against New Mexico at 5:50pm, BYU versus Kansas State at 8:10pm, and Wake Forest against number 1-seeded Kentucky at 8:15pm.
