Jon Gosselin’s Child Support Worries: Asks TLC for Show

It looks like reality TV star Jon Gosselin is having a few financial troubles at the moment, and even claims that he can’t afford to pay the $22,000 child support for his eight children. That may explain why he has been asking TLC if he can get a show of his own.

According to thecelebritycafe.com, someone close to Jon recently told US Weekly that Jon is so cash-strapped, that he is even looking to sell his $30,000 BMW to help towards his child support payments. “I just can’t afford the $22,000 a month right now,” Jon said.

The source said that this is the reason why Jon is looking to get back into television, and claims that Jon is jealous that Kate got back on TV with “Dancing with the Stars.” Speaking about Jon, the insider said “It’s killing him that Kate is having all of this success.”

In a recent move that some have described as an attempt to improve his image and return to TV, Jon fired his lawyer, who not only accused Kate of being an absentee mother but also instigated a custody battle. “I never wanted primary custody,” Jon told TMZ.
