If you’re a fan of the “Halo” video games for the Xbox 360, then you may already be aware that today is when the public multiplayer beta for the latest game “Halo: Reach” is launched. However, some of you may be wondering when it will become available to download.
According to an article at product-reviews.net – as reported from Major Nelson – the “Halo: Reach” beta is expected to become available during the early evening for those of you in the GMT timezone. People in the ET or PT timezones should expect it late or early afternoon.

So with this information in mind, product-reviews.net has suggested that you check for the beta around about 1:00pm EST or 10:00am PST. According to an original report from TheHDRoom, you will in fact need the “Halo 3” ODST disc to participate in the new “Halo: Reach” beta.
