American Idol 2010: Who’s Your Winner?

As you all know, the ninth season of “American Idol” is almost at its end, and the final two contestants have now been chosen. And after Tuesday night’s performance show, I think we all pretty much knew that it would be Casey James who got sent home.

And as most of you probably predicted, it was indeed Casey James who got eliminated during last night’s result show. But the big question now, is who do we think will be crowned the next “American Idol?” Could it be Crystal Bowersox, or could it be Lee DeWyze.

Some may already be able to predict the outcome of next week’s finale, but I still think that it could be a very close one. Crystal has been a strong contender from the very beginning and on many occasions, has been tipped as this year’s front runner.

However, Lee DeWyze has really found himself over the past few weeks and if Tuesday night’s performances are anything to go by, he has the title in the bag. When I saw the video of him performing Leonard Cohen’s “Hallelujah,” it gave me goosebumps all over.

And it wasn’t just me that love it either. The audience gave him a standing ovation, and the judges praised him no end. So who do you think will win this year’s “American Idol?” I personally think it will be Lee, but then again we could all be in for a surprise.
