Who Do You Think Will Win ‘American Idol’ 2010?

The ninth season of “American idol” is only hours away from ending, which means that we are very close to finding out who this year’s winner is. The big question I’m asking myself right now though, is who I really believe is going to be crowned this year’s winner.

Now when I wrote about their performances last week, I could have quite easily said that Lee DeWyze was the winner. After all, if his performance of “Hallelujah” was anything to go by, then he would definitely have given Crystal a run for her money this week.

However, the nerves of the finale were really showing during this week’s performances, and Crystal definitely came out as the stronger singer last night. Lee’s first performance was “The Boxer,” which I felt just wasn’t strong enough and lacked passion.

Lee’s second performance started off a little shaky as well, but he managed to pick it up a bit half-way through the song. And sadly, he didn’t do that much better on his last performance. Crystal on the other hand, gave three solid performances last night.

We could all now say that Crystal has definitely won this one, but I am still hoping that Lee gets the votes. I think he has really improved his performances over the past weeks, and it would be shame for him not to win. But that is just my opinion.
