As many of you will know, the highly-anticipated UFC 114: Rampage vs. Evans event takes place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada tonight. The UFC 114 event has been dubbed as one of the biggest sporting events of the season.
As reported by Stephanie C at gather.com, the two headliners – Quinton “Rampage” Jackson and Rashad Evans – showed up for the official UFC 114 weigh-ins yesterday (Friday, 28th May), in preparation for their main-card Light Heavyweight fight.
Both fighters met their weight requirements, with Jackson weighing in at 205 pounds and Evans coming in only one pound higher at 206 pounds, sherdog.com reports. Also making their weight requirements were co-headliners Michael Bisping and Dan Miller.
Bisping weighed in at 186 pounds, while Miller weighed one pound less at 185 pounds. There is no doubt at all that Rampage is a force to be reckoned with, but there have been questions whether or not his year-long absence has made him too rusty for Evans.
