There have also been claims that Russell’s recent movie “Robin Hood” died a death at the U.S. box office. “Robin Hood” made just over $5 million this past weekend, which has pushed its total box office gross in the U.S. to just above $94 million.
With the movie costing $200 million to make, some may say that it hasn’t been very successful. But they also have to take foreign box offices into consideration. It’s already made $172 million in foreign markets, pushing its worldwide total to $267 million.
