It looks like reality TV personality Jesse James is going to become quite a regular courtroom visitor soon, with the different cases he’s involved in. Not only is he facing the divorce from Sandra Bullock, but he’s also involved in a custody battle and dueling lawsuits.
As recently reported by Anthony McCartney at latimes.com, the 41-year old biker businessman was a fixture in a Los Angeles courtroom recently, where he’s reportedly involved in dueling lawsuits with an apparel manufacturer and distributor.
James is currently involved in a custody dispute with his ex-wife Janine Lindemulder, and had been expected to attend a hearing the case next week. There is also the ongoing divorce from Hollywood actress Sandra Bullock, although no proceedings have been scheduled yet.
The clothing dispute – which is being heard in a downtown LA courtroom – focuses on a deal that James and his companies made with Fortune Fashion Industries. The company sued James back in 2007, claiming that he had breached a contract that was worth millions of dollars.
