If you’re a fan of the “Transformers” movies and you’re waiting to hear any news on the upcoming third installment, then we have some good news for you. It appears that director Michael Bay has been speaking out about “Transformers 3” and what to expect.
According to Stacy at rightpundits.com, Bay will be getting serious in “Transformers 3,” by axing the “twins” characters and bring in a new arch-villain – Shockwave. And it looks like the director is promising a “killer ending” to the franchise with “Transformers 3.”

Hoping to gain popularity back from the fans that were upset by the 2nd installment, Bay welcomes some of the blame himself but says that part of the problem was out of his hands. He says that a poorly-timed writer’s strike was at fault for some of the missing storyline.
Speaking to USA Today, Bay said: “One thing we’re getting rid of is what I call the ‘dorky comedy.’ So the twins, the two bumbling slang-spewing robots? They’re basically gone.” The director also promised that there would be no more resurrections in the third installment.
