Elizabeth Banks to Take on ‘Tinkerbell’ Role

It has just been revealed recently that Disney is in the process of developing a new film called “Tink,” which will see their favorite character Tinkerbell in human form. The romantic comedy will be a live-action movie, and stars Elizabeth Banks in the leading role of Tinkerbell.

According to Jenna Shulman at hollywoodcrush.mtv.com, Adam Shankman, McG and Jennifer Gibgot will be producing the new movie. An article at Variety, says that the concept of the “Tink” movie is to “play with the mischievous nature of the Tinkerbell character.”

Elizabeth Banks is sure to play the perfect Tinkerbell character, and the movie’s production crew appears to have the right amount of experience to make this fictional character come to life. After all, McG is the executive producer of “Supernatural.”
