‘Jersey Shore’ Season 2: Recap of Episode 1

MTV’s reality TV series “Jersey Shore” returned to our television screens last night, for the premiere of its second season. Although we still have the very same cast as season 1 (including Snooki and The Situation), we do have a brand new destination this season – Miami.

As reported by Meghan Carlson at buddytv.com, last night’s episode was focused on re-introducing (or introducing if you’ve not watched it before) the old crowd. Oh and re-introducing Angelina into the group as well, not that she received a warm welcome.

If you’re wondering what’s new with the cast of “Jersey Shore,” then the answer is pretty much nothing really. Pauly D and The Situation still appear to be BFFs, Snooki is now happily dating, and Vinny is planning to hook up with 60 girls in 60 nights while he’s in Miami.

We also learned that although Sammi and Ronnie have broken up, Sammi feels like she still loves Ronnie. One of the best moments of last night’s episode was possibly the cab ride from hell, which actually turned out to be comedy heaven when Snooki interrupted the JWoww/Angelina row.
