Metal Gear Solid 5: All you need to know
Metal Gear Solid 5 is most definitely real, and it will be releasing according to Hideo Kojima who is at the helm. There was a massive space between Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty and Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots, so what will be coming to the table in the new MGS5?
Solid Snake has been there when young, and old, if he were to be in the next instalment he would be ancient. So if MGS5 comes without Snake, whom will the main focus be on? If the main focus is not the Big Boss, then could it be a new title called “Metal Gear Liquid” with Metal Gear SOLID 5 being the tentative title.
Oxcgn reports on a few details covering; what, when and where? They say that if the new title focuses on Solid Snake (Safest bet according to Oxcgn), it could play on his transformation after the FoxDie virus. If they focus on the Big Boss this could apparently look at Metal Gear in a whole new light, maybe the Nazi backdrop would fit just perfectly into the series.
So what are the possibilities? The source above explains about a main focus on his arm, he had a transplant, the game could work around his personality to Ocelot, and the storyline could be based on his events from the start to the end of MGS4.
All the above is all hearsay at the moment via Oxcgn, but it worth thinking about.
We have dug a little deeper and found a tweet on Twitter by Dan Dawkins saying, “Some incredible B/S being written about MGS5 based on a coverline allusion – but you’d be mad to miss next issue of.”
If you head over to the Official PlayStation Magazine website they report that the magazine issue 65 will cover Hideo Kojima, and he discusses the plans for Metal Gear Solid 5.
