A couple of weeks ago we wrote a post on some decent reviews on Star Wars the Old Republic showing it as a game that is hard to resist. Now we have some helpful information that comes in the way of an Infographic with details on locations along with some other relevant tips.
A recent article informs users on the best places to find levels, flashpoints and other useful tips. Having all this available in one accessible place is ideal for easily organized gameplay. With an infographic that users can bookmark and save for quick and easy access this can be used as a reference whenever it is required. Locations and useful information is presented with colored segments showing flashpoints and operations for Vaiken Spacedock and Carrick Station highlighted in red and blue respectively.

View everything from the bases of the Imperial and Republic to mission and hanger decks including color-coded operation sizes and difficulty ratings. SWTOR Strategies also has an article on how to obtain a better graphic performance giving users the opportunity to correct the high resolution texture issue that have had many complaints. To some this might not be compulsory but those who like to add a better display will be able to do this quite easily.
It’s worth reminding you that all setting changes are done so at the users own risk before we give you this information. The settings can be changed in the SWTOR profile GPU profile and this action is performed by changing your ‘LOD Bias’ to -3. Nvidia users can use a freeware NVIDIA Inspector and if you have an ATI GPU, ATI Tray Tools is freeware that will also assist you.
After this has been installed the next action is to advance to the 3D settings and select “additional” of which a tab should be available then continue to set the LOD BIAS to negative three/-3, then save the Profiles tool and link to Star Wars the Old Republic under your Game Profiles. This change will be noticeable when the game has been saved and re-opened. This will enhance the reflective view of many of the textures plus adding to the framerates for a smoother performance in specific parts.
