Updated PS Vita AT&T plans causes confusion

Updated PS Vita AT&T plans causes confusion

These plans involve complimentary AT&T Wi-Fi hotspot access in the US and there are two plan options, $14.99 for 250MB and $30.00 for 3GB both containing 30-day recurring opt out, which starts at the time and day of purchase. In our original article, we reported that the price was $25 and now it is $30. However, you now get 3GB and not 2GB, So you do pay $5 more, but you will now get 1GB extra. PlayStation.com also lists the various ways 3G is optimized throughout PS Vita’s first party titles.

Comments on the changed AT&T prices for the 3G model have shown some confusion as some have remarked on the prices that have gone up and expect the 250MB to go up in accordance. In addition, queries have been made about how this is affected from state to state and different counties, there are also a few questions regarding this change and whether it is trying to keep inline with Verizon Wireless charges.
