Decode Mass Effect 3 demo before Valentines Day

Mass Effect 3 fans will get the opportunity to decipher a demo earlier than expected while they wait for the full release in just under a month’s time. A Facebook game will give users a chance to obtain the demo which will either grant a code for a demo of Mass Effect 3 or an Avatar item.

The early demo is achievable by cracking a code based on a sequence of four icons but only three attempts are warranted and in an article on IGN the specifics of decoding the demo are detailed, as a failure in doing so will result in a lock out for 2 hours. At present it looks like only Xbox 360 versions will seem to be accessible, the other platforms will contain this option from Valentines Day, and those who do not have a Facebook account will be considering setting up one for opportunities like this.

Many feel that they can hang on a and wait until the 14th as some people have shown concern for the use of Facebook games and apps, others regard the idea of a luck based opportunity as a strange process and waiting two hours for another chance a bit annoying. News on the actual game coming out in early March is highlighted on EL33TONLINE along with details of it going gold, which has been recently tweeted by executive producer Casey Hudson who says there will much more in the way of surprises to look out for in the coming weeks.

This is where questions are asked about what the surprises in store could be? More downloadable content and tie-ins could be on offer. Out on March 6th in North America the 9th in Europe Mass Effect 3 will be available on the PS3, Xbox 360, and PC so we have looked at new hands on preview of Shepard’s Mission to Mars which is reported on RIPTON. They got the chance to witness a new part of the single-player content that involves new characters as well as ones from the past.

A limited section of the game was accessible to try out and it had a genuine feel to the dialog, which was an improvement, including the opportunity to add points to the skill tree along with the return of weapon modifications. The mechanics of the game combat were similar and viewed as polished RPG elements from the previous title as wall as a decent range of enemies that were encountered which had the user try out different strategies and weapons, which made this a great experience using combinations to the full.

Only a few days ago we wrote about the incredibly early DLC in Mass Effect 3 and the details concerning price although there was no news on whether this will be available for the single player mode or the new multiplayer. Will you be waiting until tomorrow for the Demo? Alternatively, have you tried it out already?
