We have known for sometime that Assassin’s Creed III was coming and yesterday Ubisoft released more details and a trailer, as well as the fact that the game will also be coming to the Wii U. It’s no secret that this console has big shoes to fill and will need some big system seller games and we have to say the title mentioned above is just one.
It will be interesting to see what Assassin’s Creed 3 (view trailer) will be able to bring to the Wii U in terms of being different to PS3 and Xbox 360, but one thing we do know and that’s the fact the user will be more involved and that the graphics will be better on Nintendo’s console – well that’s the hope.

All the rumors we have heard regarding the specs of the Wii U does show that this version of A3 will be better than rival consoles, but then again the PS3 was said to have much better hardware than the 360 and still many gamers believe Microsoft’s console to be the better of the two, but that’s just an opinion.
Another game that’s a must for the Wii U has to be the next Call of Duty title, which we suspect will be called Black Ops 2. While MW3 does not feel that great on the current Wii with the improved graphics and gameplay experience this game will surely help Nintendo shift more units of their upcoming console?
What better way to test out the new hardware than with Crysis 2, not only would this be a great addition to the Wii U but it would also please some hardcore gamers as well? A new Smash Bothers title is a must because a new version of this has been released on every new console Nintendo has since the N64, and it’s probably going to happen.
One game that slipped past the current Wii is Skyrim and this would be an excellent game to show off those new specs, it would also show that Bethesda is a team player by making it available on another platform; this would please many gamers and could be a huge boast for Nintendo.
Our final game that needs to be on the Wii U has to be Batman: Arkham City because it’s a game that has it all and is crying for a resale on yet another console. The new controller will bring something unique to the game and so should alleviate fears that it will be over a year old if it’s released on Nintendo’s upcoming console.
There are so many other great games that would help the Wii U but only a handful will be system sellers but what titles would you consider are a dealbreaker for you?
