GTA 5 release date announcement by Nov
The guessing game for a GTA 5 release date announcement has continued after E3, which now involves well-known analyst, Michael Pachter. While his views normally split gamer opinion, this time we’d have to agree with his comments aiming at working out what year GTA 5 would release.
It has been widely reported that Pachter spoke to investors about GTA 5 recently, and that he feels there will be no release in 2012, which comes after no details being revealed at E3. It has also been confirmed that retailers would know the launch date around 3 – 4 months before, so with this in-mind the latest they would get confirmation is November this year. This would be needed to release GTA 5 within the current financial year, which is before April 2013.
This would mean those of you wanting GTA 5 before Christmas are going to be unhappy, although it’s worth pointing out that this is still guesswork. We’re also seeing a growing number of gamers thinking they wouldn’t miss E3 and still release the game this year, but a new gameplay trailer should be expected soon.
It could also be that Rockstar don’t care much for E3, so it wouldn’t matter to them, but there had been some hopes for an E3 reveal after logos were spotted. If the Rockstar newswire starts getting busy with GTA 5 related news then this could be a good sign for a launch announcement. Currently all you will see is Max Payne 3 related news, so we’re a while away from a launch if that is a signal we could trust.
Do you think Patcher gets it wrong a lot, or do you value his opinion? If we don’t see a launch this year you can almost count on a Grand Theft Auto V release date announcement by Nov, if retailers need a few months notice that is.

There is no way they would announce the release date in November, they wouldn't announce the game and then a year later announce the release date. If anything they would launch the game in November... Patcher is almost never correct, don't believe this.
Has ANYONE considered that perhaps they could just release it in November without all the usual rituals they go through? THIS IS GTA 5 we're talking about, they only have to realistically advertise to AT A MAX 20 people and they'd make 200 million dollars before the end of that month just by worth of mouth.. Perhaps they realize this and may only release 1 more trailer? Maybe it will come out in November.. they still have until August to notify the retailers. What im getting at is that with all this speculation it seems no one remembers that this is GT-FREAKING-A we're talking about. They invented thinking outside the box lol.

Whenever I see the word "Analyst" I think AVOID and don't bother reading what these guys think. I wan't solid info on pictures videos and most importantly a map of SA. The moment I see the term analyst and then see Pachter, I think he is trying to be some sort of Sherlock Holmes wannabe trying to solve everything. I don't know if it's me but wouldn't Detective Michael Pachter suit him. I never heard of "Analysts" until a few years ago. If I wan't someone's opinion I'll go onto a forum and ask.

Risky? Errr no. After all this speculation, analysts, and heresay, its a little like saying "well...there will probably be Christmas, at some point december." Safest prediction I've read yet.

There isn't going to be a ps4 release until a long time, they are berely putting a spot on the ps3 they still have many years to go, but there will be a new ps3 nothing really new about it though, as for GTA5, I think its best to release it 2013 they want everything to be spot on perfect when the game is released and if that means taking time to do every single detail down to the point of just looking at a little fly passing you bye, I say hell yeah! They want the game to look relistic wouldn't u? So go ahead rockstar take forever and if u want add a local multiplayer like it was in san andreas! Who agrees?
I think there will not be a second trailer there just going to release it lol or if there is a second the game will come out next year but than again it has been awhile
It looks like soooo many fans are realy angry an started to turn on Rockstar over this. I can see this doing Rockstar some damage,so many long term fans moving on to somthing else instead. I myself am a huge fan of GTA and bought every single GTA game ever made......but even i am debating about buying GTAV now. If it doesnt launch in 2012 i deffinatly wont be buying it thats for sure. Far Cry 3 in september will last me through to Xmas,then Black Ops 2,Medal of Honour,Need 4 Speed,Forza Horizon,Hitman Absolution,Halo 4 etc at Xmas time will last me right the way through 2013, then by November Xbox 720 an PS4 will be here....no room for GTAV in 2013. If it comes out October to December 2012 ill buy it.
So if gta v was to release in January, you wouldn't buy it. Don't be stupid, if rockstar want to take their time to deliver a quality product then that's find by me. But not buying the game at all to a game series you like due to lack of information or a release date you want is ridiculous.

im getting sick of mw3 and bf3 the whole war type games are getting old to me would be nice to get a sandbox gta game back out to keep me busy for a long time come on rock star get this game out!!!

U know what? I'm sick and tired of these damn analysts. I think gta 5 will be released this year and a new gameplay trailer will be out this month or early July. 3-4 months?! Seriously! I remember when Gta 4 gameplay came out on xplay a couple of months before it was released. Then it was delayed. Anybody remember that? Anyway, we should definitely see a new trailer with a release date by the end of the month or the beginning of July. I know I sound like an "analyst" after saying I hate them, but these are my thoughts. Peace.
i dont believe nothing unless it comes from rockstar themselves, so i class this as bull s**t hahaha i think it will be released october 23rd and we will have full details of gta v and another trailer by june 23rd thats 4 months before it comes out.
