Halo 4 Xbox release date countdown
The hype and excitement surrounding the Halo 4 Xbox 360 exclusive has been building up over the last couple of weeks and during this time we have run through some great things that are to be expected. As we wait patiently, the game is just under 3 weeks away now, so we thought it would be a good idea to relay some informative reports in anticipation during the Halo 4 release date countdown.
Only yesterday we looked at a list compiled on Nielsen Wire.com, which defines the popularity of the games expected throughout the holiday season, and those interested in the top the charts for the Xbox will not be overly surprised Halo 4 was up there, closely followed by Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, which is at the top of the PS3 list. This shows that Halo 4 on Xbox 360 is the most anticipated title to date and with the run up to Christmas we can see this becoming the must have title on many gamer’s wish list.
In another recent post, we also mentioned comments by franchise Director Frank O’ Connor, who has informed Halo fans that you should re-evaluate your difficulty choice, as he feels that those aiming to make this an enjoyable first experience would be wise to use the normal setting on their initial play though. He stresses that many gamers are probably too comfortable with the way they have played Halo in the past, and those who are used to playing certain way will find new enemies like the Prometheans a notably strategic rival.

As the Halo 4 release date countdown continues to close in, we thought it would be a good idea to let our readers in on some other news that has come to light recently. This concerns those who have been stupid enough to play the pre-released Halo 4 Xbox 360 version online, as those expecting to experience the leaked copy through their Xbox Live setup should expect a permanent ban. Before this we also highlighted Halo 4 Forge maps and mod tools that are ideal for those intending to try out map-making in the new game.
With the Xbox 360 exclusive coming out on the November 6th, we are still hoping that more details will become available as gamers use the next three weeks to find out as much as they can during the Halo 4 release date countdown. Do you feel Halo 4 will be the biggest entertainment launch of this year?
