Pressure eye candy ahead of release confirmation
A new game known as Pressure involves a mixture of shooting and top-down racing set in a colorful cartoon world where players are in charge of a steam-powered buggy that has to advance through vibrant environments. With plenty of customization on offer, gamers will be able to use the upgrade system to enhance their vehicle between races and ensure they have the ideal transport to take them on their journey.
Apparently, we can expect this title before the year is up and prior to its release confirmation Worthplaying.com has accumulated some great eye candy of this upcoming game. As far as we have been told the story revolves around the sinister Earl of Wellness who is trying to expand his empire of wellness spas, and the object of the game is to stop him in his tracks. This will involve a race track full of enemies, giant bosses and dangerous traps to avoid.
Upon his awaking, the hero finds that all the water contained in his local lake has gone and the evil Earl has taken it for his new Wellness Spa Temple, giving the protagonist cause to return this valuable water to the citizens of the world. In an article on Electronic Theatre, they report the confirmation of Pressure coming to the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC, with TopWare Interactive announcing it will publish developer Chasing Carrots’ new arcade racing game.

Showing off the debut trailer of Pressure, they inform their readers that they intend to keep them updated on any further information about this new title as soon as it becomes available. In addition, Joystiq also have some footage to give gamers an idea of what to expect, and their impression is that it is similar the Kellogg family’s Battle Creek Sanitarium. They also mention this will be a downloadable title coming soon to the PC, PSN and XBLA. Do you like the sound of this top-down racing game in a colorful steampunk setting?
