PS Plus free games for April 2013
The PlayStation Plus service available on the PSN to subscribers hosts a whole heap of great offers, and whether it’s huge discounts, exclusives or free games, this service is an ideal way for Sony to reward their loyal community. While we contemplate the free games available for April 2013 the PS Plus service has plenty of other incentives for those thinking about signing up.
Over this month we have seen Spec Ops: The Line appear on PS Plus along with The Cave, and tomorrow will see the emergence of PS Vita game Disgaea 3: Absence of Detention as part of the Instant Game Collection. Even more bonuses are documented on the PlayStation Blog including more deals and discounts from both Square-Enix and THQ.
Members of this service will be able to access two new timed trials for the Army of Two: The Devil’s Cartel, and BioShock: Infinte, and those enjoying the new releases can play them free with their PS Plus membership and buy them if they so wish. Additionally, gamers need reminding that they only have until the end of this month (March) to make use of the “get $10 for every $50 spent promotion“, and rewards will be sent out halfway through April.
Disgaea 3: Absence of Detention is a PS Vita title, retails for $39.99 on the PSN, so PS Plus members will be aware of the money saving goodies on offer with the PS Plus service. The PlayStation Blog lists all the sales and discounts currently available and the 55% discount for PS Plus members has also been compiled for those who still need persuading.
While many gamers are grateful for Disgaea 3, some are hoping to see more in the way of sales, while others have provided their own list of games they would love to see on the PS Plus. Will Disgaea 3: Absence of Detention be enough to tempt you into signing up as a PS Plus member?
