GTA 5 for PC pages don’t hint at release
With the highly anticipated Grand Theft Auto 5 expected this September, the fact that we have only heard reports about it coming to the PS3 and Xbox 360 has given gamers cause to question whether other platforms will be complemented after its initial release. With the next-gen consoles on their way this title would be the ideal way to install a larger user base, and many gamers will be wondering whether we will see GTA 5 for PC and other platforms like the of the Wii U at a later stage.
PC owners have faith the game will release sometime after the existing PS3 and Xbox 360 and the Society and Religion website gives us reasons why we should expect it. They initially gave us a couple of reasons why they think GTA 5 will eventually release on the PC, and although there has been no official announcement many PC gamers are signing petitions to catch Rockstar’s attention, but we are still no one the wiser.
The aforementioned website feels that some pages on well-known gaming websites hint towards a GTA 5 for PC release date at some point, and while they have seen GTA 5 first hand it is also the opinion of most gamers that these are just placeholders.
From what we understand some websites removed pages stating GTA 5 for PC after Rockstar confirmed the game will launch on Xbox 360 and PS3 only, but others are keeping what might be placeholders in case the game arrives later on.
Personally, we think these are just placeholders to bring websites like IGN more traffic when people look for GTA 5 for PC or a release date for that platform. Either way we are still hoping GTA 5 braces as many platforms as possible, and going by past events we feel that a PC version may release later on the year.
Are you confident about a GTA 5 PC release date? Maybe you are expecting this to arrive by the end of the year.
