Animation The Little Prince gets a new trailer

One for the young at heart is Paramount Pictures animated movie The Little Prince, that tells the story of a pilot that crashes in the Sahara desert and meets a young prince who happens to live on an asteroid.

Based on the classic children’s book by Antoine de Saint-Exupery that was first published way back in 1943, the book still sells in excess of 2 million copies each year, and now a new trailer for The Little Price has been released, which you can view below.

The 3D animated take on The Little Prince is directed by Mark Osborne, the helm of Kung Fu Panda, and features the voice talents of several stars including Rachel McAdams as The Mother, Jeff Bridges as The Aviator, Paul Rudd as Mr. Prince, James Franco as The Fox, Benicio Del Toro as The Snake, and Marion Cotillard as The Rose.


Other stars lending their voice to characters are Ricky Gervais, Paul Giamatti, Albert Brookes, Mackenzie Foy, Vincent Lindon, Vincent Casselm and Bud Cort.

The Little Prince saw release in France in July this year after making its premier at the Cannes Film Festival, and is scheduled to see release on the 18th of March 2016 in the USA whilst the UK release date has not yet been confirmed.
