What offends me more than Adam’s sexual orientation

I am offended every time the media brings up gay questions when speaking with Adam. They don’t do that with straight singers. I guess being straight isn’t as interesting as being gay.

Everyone knows Adam is gay and could care less. He has hidden nothing about himself from any of us. Why does he get gay questions almost every time he is approached for an interview? What else do we need to know about his sexual orientation? Personally, I can’t think of one thing I want to know.

I am not offended when he portrays himself as a sexual man. I enjoy watching anyone who is sexy. All Adam wants to do is be a singer, and bring his talent to the people of the world to enjoy. We can listen or turn him off. I could give a rip about his sex life or his sexual orientation. If I hear him referred to one more time as “the gay singer from Idol,” I am going to vomit.

When is the world going to wake up and realize “it has no affect on anyone else and no one cares.” It is immaterial to a person’s talent or occupation or education or looks or dress or anything else. It would be so nice if the media would show a little intelligence for a change when interviewing people.
