Federal prosecutors have decided to drop the death inquiry of Heath Ledger; they were pursuing the case as he had obtained painkillers which contributed to his death through an overdose.

The DEA has issued a subpoena to Mary-Kate Olsen; the actress now has to testify in front of a grand jury in the Heath Ledger Death Investigation. The much anticipated Batman movie The Dark Knight has smashed the weekend Box Office record set by Spider-Man 3 from last year.
