Federal prosecutors have decided to drop the death inquiry of Heath Ledger; they were pursuing the case as he had obtained painkillers which contributed to his death through an overdose.

Mary-Kate Olsen to testify in Heath Ledger Death Investigation

The DEA has issued a subpoena to Mary-Kate Olsen; the actress now has to testify in front of a grand jury in the Heath Ledger Death Investigation.
