Tim Gunn, Project Runway fashionista has said that Miley Cyrus’ style is “just a little too tarty.” Strong words, does he realize that the girl is just 15 and is still trying to find herself.
Gunn said that he does not want her to look like she is going to a convent school, but he believes that the way she dresses is a bit too much for a 15-year old girl. He said that if he did not know any better, then he would swear that the Hannah Montana star was in fact 25. (read more…)
