Mr. Blackwell, has sadly died at the age of 86. Richard Blackwell whose annual “worst-dressed” list could would have Hollywood celebrities; left squirming had been suffering from failing health. Blackwell was born Richard Selzer, back in August he had fallen in to a coma after a fall in his home in LA. (read more…)
