It has just been announced that Nelson Mandela has flown to London to hang out in Hyde Park with Queen and the Sugababes. Nelson Mandela who was the former President of South Africa has come out of retirement to help raise funds for the 46664 campaign which raises awareness of HIV-Aids in Africa. Nelson Mandela isn’t 90 until the 18th July but I am sure that tonight he will enjoy the concert. (read more…)

It has been reported that Nelson Mandela has banned Naomi Campbell from appearing on stage at his 90th birthday concert. It’s said that he is reportedly so upset by Naomi’s behaviour over the past few months which includes her assaulting two police officers on a British Airways flight in April and being sentenced to 200 hours community service for the offence he has personally requested she be taken off the programme from the event in London tomorrow. As we know Amy Winehouse is currently in hospital and is so desperate to perform at Nelson Mandela’s 90th Birthday Concert and Glastonbury that she plans to play through the pain barrier. Fragile Amy is so determined not to let her supporters down, or miss out on the chance to play for her most famous fan at Friday’s gig in London’s Hyde Park.
