We have heard that the New York Yankees are close to signing a deal with Richie Sexson, the Yankess are hoping that by signing Sexon he will be able to help them against left-handed pitchers. Richie Sexson who is a first baseman was released from the Seattle Mariners on July 10 and had a great record there; he was batting .344 with 5 home runs in 71 at-bats against left-handers this season.
