It has been announced that the drum skin that was used on the cover of The Beatles’ Sgt Pepper album has sold for £541,250 at an auction in London which is said to be almost four times the estimate. And John Lennon’s lyrics for Give Peace a Chance sold for an amazing £421,250. (read more…)
