After sharing this video, a real estate agent in New York City had TikTok laughing after it showed a bathroom in a living room.
Claudia Degteva shared the layout for the $2,200/month pad in a video that is now viral. The video includes a closeup of the walkin shower with a transparent glass door.
She captioned the video: “When you have to pay $2,200/ for a shower in your living room,” and asked her viewers, “Would that be you?”

Degteva opened the clip with a shot of just the toilet in the bathroom — a prelude to what was to come — before panning the camera to the kitchen.

She thought the apartment looked great, but then she turned her back and panted the camera towards the walk-in bathroom. It has a transparent glass door.

One joked that you had to entertain your guests. Another said: “At the very least, give it a veil.”
Other people were shocked by the shower located in the living area and pointed out it was one of many notoriously bad apartment layouts found in the city.

Degteva responded to a commenter by sharing a video of the follow-up.
The caption she used to describe the footage was “It exists.” It showed an invisible toilet inside a kitchen cupboard next to an oven.
How could these locations even be ???’? One person asked.
