It is the perfect moment that a miniature horse fails to complete an obstacle course on his tiny horseback and was left behind in peace by his companions.

This video was shot on the Faithful Minis Horse Farm in Bonsall (California). It shows Buffalo Soldier, a miniature horse, being temporarily defeated by a small metal hurdle.

He is accompanied by his two friends who lead him, galloping through the obstacles with ease.

The pensive, cautious Buffalo Soldier is behind them. He prefers slowing down and taking things slowly.

The video shows a farmer laughing as he jokes about ‘Coming up with the rear’ while Buffalo Soldier is left to feed the dust from his friends.

After taking a moment to consider, Buffalo Soldier moves on with excitement in the wake of his fellows.
